This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and NukeZone. The service of NukeZone is provided to you (the user) for free under the terms and conditions of this EULA. By clicking on the "I Agree" button, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. NukeZone makes no warranty that the game will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. NukeZone disclaims all warranties of any kind. By clicking on the "I Agree" button, user understands and agrees to use our service at your sole risk. User understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded is done at the user's own discretion and sole risk User will be sole responsible for any damage done to the computer or data loss. User is entirely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the account and password for the service provided by NukeZone. Also, user is totally responsible for all actions which occur under the account. User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current information in the registration. Also, the user allow NukeZone to disclose certain registration data about the NukeZone account to the public, including name, year of birth, country and gender. If any registration data is incorrect, NukeZone retains the right to terminate user's account, and right to use the service. User agrees not to make any commercial use of the product. User also agrees not to use of any graphics, information, or data from NukeZone without the prior written consent from NukeZone. User agrees to indemnify NukeZone against liability for all use of user's account. User is not allowed to use the message service or the forums to send chain letters, spamming, illegal or any other inappropriate messages. User agrees not to transmit in the game any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, objectionable material of any kind or nature. User further agrees not to transmit any materials that violates any local, national, or international law or regulation. NukeZone reserves the right to change the game and forum rules at any time without further notice. NukeZone reserves the right to modify or terminate its service to user with or without notice at any time. NukeZone may change the terms and conditions of this disclaimer at any time without further notice. NukeZone reserves the right to not ship out prizes to specific countries and only guarantee free shipping to Swedish residents. Residents of other countries will get the opportunity to pay the shipping fee in order to receive the prize. User agrees to not violate any of the following rules: A. NukeZone Game Rules A1. General Two warnings of any kind results in a ban. Warnings do not have to be given prior to a ban. These rules may be changed at any time without prior notice. Additional conditions for your use of this service can be found in the End-User License Agreement that you accepted upon registration and Gold User/Gold Clan contract if applicable. A2. Multiple Accounts Only one account per individual is allowed. Account sharing counts as multiple accounts and is therefore not allowed. Account trading is not allowed. Multiple accounts or reasonable grounds to suspect multiple accounts result in an immediate ban of all involved accounts. We suggest that only one account should be used per PC to ensure compliance with this rule. A3. Spam and Harassment Spamming is simply the sending of irrelevant messages or messages that has no discussion possibilities. Spamming of any kind results in an immediate ban. Harassment and racist messages are in no way tolerated and results in an immediate ban. Harassment includes posts that attack others in a harmful way. Racism includes posts that attack others based on their race, religion or nationality. All spam and harassment messages that are sent to your inbox should be reported using the "Report this message" link, which is displayed at the bottom of the page while viewing a private message in your Inbox. A4. Clans The clan leader is fully responsible for all information found on the clan properties page including the content of the clan homepage. The Clan Name, Clan Tag, Clan Info, Clan Homepage content and Clan Logo must not contain any unsuitable material. Unsuitable material includes unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, pornographic, objectionable material of any kind or nature. Such material will be defined at the absolute discretion of the NukeZone crew. All clans with such material will be immediately deleted and the clan leader will be warned or banned without prior notice. A5. Mass Invite Mass invite provinces to your clan is strictly forbidden and results in an immediate ban and clan deletion. A6. Alliances and Help A clan alliance simply means any type of cooperation between players that are not in the same clan, or that are without a clan, in a permanent or a temporary form. The only communications that are permitted between clans are asking for a mutual war, asking for peace and arranging the start and/or finish details of a war. Any other forms of communication that discuss cooperation, what your own clan/province intend to do or asking the intent of another clan/province is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to create an alliance, whether successful or not, will result in an immediate ban from the game and clan deletion without prior notice. It can also include the additional banning of the Clan Leader and possibly the Co-Leader and one or more Trustees depending on the situation. The action taken in response to an alliance or report is at the absolute discretion of the NZ Crew and cannot be appealed. If you want to help another player, join the same clan. Joining a clan for the sole purpose of receiving a clan bonus is also considered cooperation and will be treated in the same way. A7. Boosting Sending aid to a specific player for the only reason to boost up that player counts as cheating and results in a ban from the game for all involved players. A8. Automated Scripts and Bots Use of automated scripts or other software that accesses the NukeZone game servers for any reason outside of normal gameplay is not allowed. A9. Similar province names Province names that are specifically designed to mislead, confuse, or make the ability to determine one province from another very difficult are strictly prohibited. Province names may have words in common as long as the intent is not to mislead, confuse, or make it difficult to determine one province from another. Violators will be warned and any further violations will result in a game ban. A10. Bugs All bugs/errors should be reported in the Technical Support and Suggestions forum immediately when found. The act of exploiting bugs, which gives a province an unfair advantage in gameplay, is not tolerated. A11. Clan Information All clan information fields must be in English. Target advertising a clan or province is not allowed if the intention is to only make another clan or province an attackable target. However, you may post your wins and losses in wars that have been fought. Swearing, harassing, or flaming is not allowed. A12. Abuse towards the NZ Crew Messages which are abusive towards or attack the NZ Crew, or any of its members, in any way are not tolerated. This includes messages posted in the forums, on the NZ Portal, through the private messaging system (including replying to forum ban messages or messages sent from Customer Support) and any other means of communication. Abusive messages are anything that contain content which is insulting, offensive, objectionable, or attack the actions the NZ Crew. Such material will be defined at the absolute discretion of the NZ Crew. The communication of such material results in an immediate game ban. A13. Proxies The use of proxy servers, except for those assigned by ISPs for normal use is strictly forbidden. This rule also applies to, but is not limited to, anonymous website proxies and any other means to hide your identity. B. NukeZone Forum Rules B1. General The administrators and moderators may lock/edit/delete/move posts at their discretion. If a topic has been locked, you should not create a new topic regarding the same matter. All such new topics will be immediately deleted when found. If you feel you want to know more regarding the subject included in the locked topic, please contact the customer support. The reporting of clan alliances should be sent to customer support and the reporting of multies should be sent using the form located on the help page. Such reports must not be posted on the forums under any circumstances. B2. Spam and Harassment Spamming is simply the posting of irrelevant messages or messages that has no discussion possibilities and the posting of multiple copies of similar messages. The bumping of topics is not accepted and counts as spamming. Spamming results in a temporarily or permanent ban and may lead to a game ban. All harassing and racist posts will be deleted and the author will be banned. Harassment includes posts which attack others in a harmful way. Racism includes posts which attack others based on their race, religion or nationality. B3. Target Advertising The posting targets on the forums is strictly forbidden and results in an immediate temporarily or permanent forum ban without prior warning. Target advertising includes the posting of province names/ids or clan names/ids that is not used to reply to the above messages in a topic. B4. Game Advertising Advertising of other online games that is similar to NukeZone in any way or deemed inappropriate by the NukeZone crew is strictly forbidden. All such posts will be deleted and the author will be warned or possibly banned without prior notice. If you want to advertise on NukeZone, you may purchase a banner. B5. Links The posting of links to sites that contain unsuitable material is strictly forbidden and results in an immediate ban without prior notice. Unsuitable material includes unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, pornographic, and objectionable material of any kind or nature. Such content will be defined as the absolute discretion of the NukeZone crew. B6. Language All non-English posts will be deleted. Continuously ignorance of this rule results in a forum ban without prior notice. Swearing is not allowed on the forums. The most common swear words will be censored using an automatic filter system. The posting of swear words using methods to bypass the filter results in an immediate temporarily or permanent forum ban without prior notice. B7. Misleading and Impersonating Any attempt to intentionally mislead people or spread false information is not allowed, and will result in a temporary or permanent forum ban and may lead to a game ban. In addition, impersonating any member of the NukeZone Crew will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate game ban.
